No Returns or Refunds on Opened Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds for opened kits or used items — no exceptions.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. All sales are final once your order is placed.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is defective:

- Contact us at blackwalltattoosupply@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

- You must provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.

- If your claim is approved, you will be instructed to return the item to us at your own cost for physical inspection.

- Only upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect will a refund or replacement be issued.

- We do not offer refunds for items damaged due to misuse, incorrect storage, or mishandling.
